Ingredients:
1 bitter melon
[A] 50g fried chicken flour
[A] 50ml water
4 tablespoons salad oil
Directions:
1. Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and pulp, and cut into 1cm pieces.
2. Mix [A] in a bowl, then add [A] and coat.
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and arrange [B]. Fry until golden brown and done!
