Ingredients
2 cups chicken cut into small pieces, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 4 teaspoons dried chili powder, 2 tablespoons vinegar, salt to taste, half a cup flour, half a cup cornflour, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 cup pineapple pieces, oil to taste, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 4 tablespoons tomato sauce, 4 tablespoons chili sauce, half a teaspoon sesame seeds.
Method
Mix the ginger paste, garlic paste, 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 tablespoon vinegar and salt with the meat and leave it for 2-3 hours.
Mix the flour, cornflour, salt, a little chili powder together. Roll the meat in the mixed flour. Keep it in the fridge for a while and fry it twice in hot oil.
Heat the butter.
Fry the garlic. Add pineapple. Stir with the remaining ingredients for a while.
Add fried chicken, stir for a while more and pour into a serving bowl. Sprinkle fried sesame seeds on top and serve.
