Japanese-style tuna mayonnaise pasta

 

Ingredients 

- Pasta: 100g

- Canned Tuna: 1 can (approx. 70g)

- Chopped Green Onion: To taste

- Boiled eggs

A. Water: 350ml

A. Olive Oil: 1 teaspoon

B. Soy Sauce: 1 tablespoon

B. Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons

B. Grated Garlic: 1 teaspoon

B. Dried Bonito Flakes: To taste (approx. 2 pinches)


*Directions


1. Place A and the drained can of tuna in a frying pan and heat over low heat. Add the pasta and submerge it so that it is completely submerged in water.


2. Once the pasta in step 1 is soft and the water has reduced to about one ladleful, add B and quickly toss to coat.


3. Once the sauce has thickened, turn off the heat, transfer to a plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onions and boiled eggs.
