A heart-wrenching incident has taken place in Al Mirfa’ area of the United Arab Emirates. A man who had been paralyzed for five years regained his ability to walk not through medical treatment, but through the love of his wife and an exceptional therapy he invented.
According to a report in Khaleej Times, Khalil Al Hosani, a resident of Al Mirfa, Abu Dhabi, suffered a stroke seven years ago. This left his entire body paralyzed from head to toe. Doctors said that Khalil had almost no chance of recovery. As a result, he spent five long years confined to bed.
However, his wife Fatima did not give up. She decided to serve her husband in her own way.
Exceptional therapy on the beach
Fatima said that she brought her husband home after not seeing much progress in the long treatment process in the hospital. After that, she started taking Khalil to the beach in Al Mirfa every day. There, he would bury Khalil under the sand for hours and gently massage his muscles with seawater.
After a few months of this ‘strange’ method, an amazing result was obtained—Khalil started standing again. Later, he was able to walk and even run.
Fatima said, “As if a child learns to walk again, I enjoyed that scene every day. I could see the light of hope in his eyes.”
A unique example of marital love
Currently, the couple also occasionally go out for walks. However, for safety, they keep a wheelchair with them, so that it can be used in case of sudden problems.
This incident is not limited to the field of medicine—it proves that love, patience, and unwavering faith can often bring life back from the place where treatment stops.
