Ingredients (Serves 3-4)
・2 cups (1 cup) rice
・200g Nagaimo (Japanese yam)
・200g (1 boneless) salmon fillets
・15-20g (15-20g) butter
・Chopped green onions, as needed

・3 tablespoons (1 tbsp) soy sauce
・2 tablespoons (1 tbsp) mirin
・1 teaspoon (1 tsp) powdered Japanese dashi

Directions
1️⃣ Wash the rice, place it in a rice cooker, add the ingredients A, and add water up to the 2-cup mark.
2️⃣Peel the nagaimo and cut into 1cm cubes.
If the salmon fillets have bones, remove them with a deboning tool.
3️⃣Place 2 on top of 1 and cook. Once cooked, add butter and mix gently.
Place in serving bowls and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
