Ingredients:
2 breads
1 boiled potato cut into round slices
1 onion cut into rounds
1 tomato cut into round slices
1 cucumber cut into rounds
1 capsicum cut into rounds
1 boiled egg sliced or 1 cup scrambled eggs
1 tablespoon coriander chutney
2 cheese slices
2 tablespoons butter
Salt to taste
Chaat masala to taste
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
Method:
Spread coriander chutney on one side of the leftover bread.
Then place a slice of cheese on one side of the bread, arrange boiled potatoes, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, capsicums on it, spread chaat masala and salt to taste.
Now fold the bread in half, apply butter on top and grill it in a sandwich grilling machine or press it in a pan and cook both sides well.
Once done, cut it in half and serve with coriander chutney.
