Ingredients
Broccoli...1/2 stalk
Mentsuyu (double concentrated)...2 teaspoons
Sesame oil...2 teaspoons
White sesame seeds...1 teaspoon
Preparation
Separate the broccoli into small florets. Thickly peel the stems and thinly slice them.
Place the broccoli and 1 tablespoon of sake (not included in the recipe) in a heat-resistant dish, loosely wrap in plastic wrap, and microwave (600W) for 2 minutes. If using a 500W microwave, microwave for approximately 2 minutes and 20 seconds.
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
2. Serve on a plate.
