Ingredients
1/2 small lettuce
1/2 onion
1 teaspoon consommé
1 teaspoon sake
500ml water
A pinch of salt and pepper
How to cook
1) Thinly slice the onion and cut the lettuce into 1.5cm pieces.
2) Place the lettuce, onion, and cherry tomatoes in a pot and add the water, consommé, sake, salt, and pepper.
3) Once the onion is cooked through,
it's ready.
