Ingredients
- 2 bags of bell peppers (5-6 pieces)
- 70g tuna
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 0.4 teaspoons salt and pepper
- Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and pulp, and cut in half crosswise.
Directions
1. Add the bell peppers, tuna (including the juice), and ingredients A to a frying pan, mix, cover, and heat over medium heat. Steam for 1-2 minutes after the lid becomes cloudy.
2. Turn the bell peppers over and steam for 5 minutes.
