[Ingredients (serves 2)]
100g yam
100g lotus root
6 chicken wings (wing drumsticks or tips)
4 dried shiitake mushrooms
A [1 slice of ginger (thinly sliced), 600ml water, 2 teaspoons sake]
B [just under 1 teaspoon salt, appropriate amount of soy sauce]
[How to make]
(1) Cut the yam and lotus root into bite-sized pieces. Rehydrate the dried shiitake mushrooms in water and remove the stems.
(2) Put the chicken wings and A in a pot and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, remove the scum, add (1), and simmer over low-medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add B to taste.
