Ingredients
80g canned mackerel (miso flavor)
2 tablespoons of broth from canned mackerel
30g pickled takana
40g lettuce
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 beaten egg
300g rice
1/3 teaspoon salt
Appropriate amount of black pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons of pickled red ginger (roughly chopped)
How to make:
1. Cut the mackerel from the can into 1cm cubes and separate it from the broth.
2. Cut the pickled takana into 5mm cubes and cut the lettuce into 1.5cm cubes.
3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the beaten egg and rice, mix over high heat, add salt and black pepper and fry until the rice is fluffy.
4. Open the center of the frying pan, add sesame oil and pickled takana, fry over high heat, add the mackerel and fry.
⑤ Add the broth from the canned mackerel to ④ in two batches and stir fry over high heat, add the lettuce and stir fry quickly, then transfer to a serving dish, garnish with chopped pickled ginger and it's done!
