Steamed radish and onion

 


Ingredients (serves 2)


・Daikon radish...1/2


・Onion...1


・Water...enough to cover


・Ponzu sauce...appropriate amount


◉ Directions


1. Put the thinly sliced ​​vegetables in a frying pan, cover with enough water to cover, and heat on medium heat


2. When steam rises, simmer for 13 minutes until the vegetables are soft and done!


3. Top with shichimi and green onions and eat with ponzu sauce.
