Mabo Chicken

 


Ingredients:


1 chicken thigh (approx. 200g)


5cm green onion


[A] 2 tablespoons water


[A] 1 tablespoon miso


[A] 1 tablespoon soy sauce


[A] 2 teaspoons sugar


[A] 1/2 teaspoon chili bean paste


[A] 1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder


Directions:


1. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and finely chop the green onion.


2. Place 1 and [A] in a deep, heat-resistant bowl and mix well.


3. Cover 2 loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6-7 minutes. After cooking, remove from the oven, taking care not to burn yourself, and mix thoroughly. Once the chicken is thoroughly cooked,

 it's ready!
