Ingredients:
1/4 head of cabbage
1/2 pack of radish sprouts
3-4 crab-flavored kamaboko
[A] 1 1/2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
[A] 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
[A] 1 teaspoon of ponzu soy sauce
[A] 1 teaspoon of sugar
[A] 1/3 teaspoon of yuzu pepper
How to make:
① Shred the cabbage and cut off the root of the radish sprouts and cut them in half.
② Put the cabbage from ① and salt (not included in the recipe, 1/3 teaspoon) in a bowl and mix well. Leave for about 10 minutes and squeeze out the water.
③ Put ②, radish sprouts, shredded crab-flavored kamaboko, and [A] in another bowl and mix well. It's done!
