Ingredients
- 2 chicken thighs (500-600g)
- Less than 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon salad oil
- 1/2 long green onion (40g)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon umami seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon grated garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 4-5 shakes black pepper
- 1 shake chili pepper
How to make
1. Make your own green onion salt sauce. Cut the long green onion (A) in a cross shape along its axis, chop it into 5mm pieces, and mix with the other ingredients.
*For green onions, include about 10cm of the green part of the leaves.
*The green onion salt sauce will taste better if you make it the day before and refrigerate it. It will keep in the fridge for about 3-4 days. If you want to store it for longer, you can freeze it for about a month.
