Ingredients
・ Sweet potato: 200g
・ Rice flour: 25g
・ Cane sugar: 20g
・ Baking powder: 2g
・ Wash the sweet potato thoroughly with the skin on and cut it into 1.5cm cubes. Soak in water for 5 minutes, drain in a colander, and place in a heat-resistant bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes.
・ Cut out the amount of baking paper you want to make and prepare it. I used 4 sheets this time.
How to make
1. While the sweet potato is still hot, add the rice flour, sugar, and baking powder, mix with a spatula (if it is difficult to mix, add a little water), and divide it into 4 equal parts.
2. Place 1/4 of the dough on one baking sheet, shape it, and heat in a 600W microwave for 2.5 minutes to finish.
