Honey pickled cucumbers





Ingredients:


2 frozen cucumbers


[A] 2 tablespoons vinegar


[A] 2 tablespoons honey


[A] Red pepper (sliced) (as needed)


How to make:


1. Cut off the stems of the frozen cucumbers, chop them into random pieces, and squeeze out the water.


2. Put the ingredients in a clean storage container and mix well. Leave for 5 minutes and it's done!


Frozen cucumbers should always be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 2 days of thawing.
