- 1 chicken breast

- 4 shiso leaves

- Appropriate amount of frying oil

- 4-6 lettuce leaves

- 4-6 cherry tomatoes

- Appropriate amount of tonkatsu sauce

<Mustard mayo>

- 1.5-2 tablespoons mayonnaise

- 1 teaspoon mustard paste

<Batter>

- 1-1.5 tablespoons flour

- 1 beaten egg

- 1 cup breadcrumbs

[Preparation]

- Cut the chicken breast in half, place it between plastic wrap and pound with a meat pounder until it becomes thin (about twice its size).

- Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves.

- Mix the ingredients for <Mustard mayo>.

- Start preheating the frying oil to 170℃.

[How to make]

1. Spread <mustard mayonnaise> on pounded chicken breast, place shiso leaves on top, fold in half, and press firmly to prevent separation.

2. Lightly coat the entire surface with flour for the <batter>, dip in beaten egg, coat with breadcrumbs and press again. Deep fry in 170℃ oil until crispy, then drain. Place on a plate with lettuce and garnish with cherry tomatoes and tonkatsu sauce.
