Spaghetti salad


Ingredients (serves 2)

60g spaghetti

1000ml boiling water

10g salt

1 tomato

1/2 to 1 bunch mizuna

1 lettuce leaf

<Dressing>

1 tsp cane sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp vinegar

1 tbsp olive oil

A little dried oregano

A little pepper

Grated cheese, as needed

[Preparation]

Remove the stems from the tomatoes and cut into 1cm cubes. Cut off the roots of the mizuna and cut into 1cm pieces. Cut the lettuce into 1cm cubes.

Cutting the mizuna and lettuce into small pieces will make them blend better with the pasta.

[How to make]

1. Put the <dressing> ingredients into a bowl and mix with a whisk. Add the tomatoes, mix well, and chill in the refrigerator.

2. Bring the amount of boiling water to a boil in a pot, add salt, and boil the spaghetti for the specified time. Cool in cold water, drain in a colander, and press firmly on the spaghetti to remove excess water.

If you simply shake the spaghetti in a colander, it will end up watery. Press the spaghetti from above with a ladle to remove all the water.

3. Add the spaghetti, mizuna, and lettuce (2) to the dressing (1) and mix well. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with grated cheese.
