Ingredients (serves 2)
3-4 broccoli florets
20 edamame beans (frozen)
1/4 onion
1/2 garlic clove (minced)
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
[Preparation]
Split the broccoli into small florets. Cut the onion into 1cm pieces. Thaw the edamame beans and remove them from the pods.
[How to make]
1. Place the broccoli in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add olive oil and garlic to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. When the aroma comes out, add the onion and cumin seeds and fry.
3. Add (1) and edamame beans to (2) and stir fry. Season with salt and pepper and serve on a plate.
