Ingredients:
1 fish sausage
10 shiso leaves
2g dried bonito flakes
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions:
① Remove the stems from the shiso leaves and cut them into strips. Cut the fish sausage diagonally and then cut them into strips.
② Put ① and dried bonito flakes in a bowl, add soy sauce and mix well.
③ Drizzle sesame oil over ② and stir quickly to bring out the aroma. It's done!
