Ingredients
Thinly sliced meat...150g (12 slices)
Asparagus...3 stalks
Medium-thick sauce...1 1/2 tablespoons
Cake flour...2 tablespoons
Salad oil...1 tablespoon
Coarsely ground black pepper (optional)...as needed
How to make
1. Cut off the tough parts at the base of the asparagus and scrape off some of the skin.
2. Place two slices of pork on top of each other and spread 2 teaspoons of sauce on top.
3. Place each asparagus on top, roll it up, and sprinkle with flour.
4. Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over low heat. Place 3 on top and cook slowly over low heat for about 10 minutes.
