Garlic butter grilled chicken breast

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

1 chicken breast (300g)

1 clove of garlic (crushed with a knife)

2 tablespoons potato starch

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

[A] 3-4 tablespoons yakiniku sauce

[A] 10g butter

Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

① Pierce the chicken breast in several places with a fork, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper (to taste).

② Place the chicken and potato starch in a plastic bag and mix well.

③ Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add the garlic, then arrange the chicken pieces and brown both sides.

④ Once the chicken is cooked through, pour in the yakiniku sauce and simmer briefly, coating the chicken evenly. Once the sauce has thickened, add the butter and mix well. Serve in a dish. Finish with a sprinkle of black pepper, and it's done!

Stir-fried bean sprouts with sesame oil

Ingredients

* Bean sprouts…1 bag (200g)

* Sesame oil…½ tablespoon

* Chicken stock powder…to taste

* Salt and pepper…to taste

Instructions

1.

Place the bean sprouts in a bowl and mix with sesame oil.

The amount of sesame oil is approximately ½ tablespoon per 200g bag of bean sprouts.

Make sure to coat each sprout thoroughly with sesame oil.

 2.

Stir-fry the bean sprouts in a frying pan.

No oil is needed in the frying pan. Stir-fry quickly over high heat, as overcooking will release moisture and make the sprouts mushy.

Seasoning is added at the end. Add chicken stock powder and salt and pepper to taste.

And just like that, your stir-fried bean sprouts are ready!

The sesame oil prevents moisture from being released, and the quick cooking over high heat keeps them crisp.
