Caramel Banana Cake

 


Ingredients (for one 18cm square pan):

[A] 200g pancake mix

[A] 130g yogurt

[A] 1 egg

[A] 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon water

2 bananas (halved)

Directions: 

1. Mix [A] in a bowl.

2. Add sugar and water to a frying pan over medium heat and heat until caramelized. Add the bananas and mix well.

3. Place [A] in a heat-resistant container and top with [B]. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. Finish!
