Chicken mince and corn nuggets

 


Ingredients:


Ground chicken 150g


[A] All-purpose flour 1 tbsp


[A] Sake 1/2 tbsp


[A] Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp


[A] Mirin 1/2 tbsp


Whole corn 150g


Potato starch 2 tbsp


Instructions:


① In a bowl, combine the ground chicken and [A] and knead well.


② Divide ① into 9 equal portions and roll into balls. Coat each ball with a corn kernel dusted with potato starch.


③ Heat salad oil (3 tbsp, not included in the ingredients list) in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ② and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with salt or mayonnaise to taste.
