Cheese Potatoes

 

Ingredients:

Potatoes (roughly chopped) 200g

[A] Egg 1

[A] Pizza cheese 30g

[A] Milk 2 tbsp

[A] Grated garlic 1 tsp

[A] Salt 1/4 tsp

Instructions:

① Boil the potatoes and mash them.

② Add [A] to ① and mix.

③ Place ① in a heatproof container, top with pizza cheese (to taste, not included in the ingredients list), and bake in a toaster oven for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley if desired. Enjoy!
