Ingredients (Serves 2)
Microwave-cooked daikon radish (see above)...300g
Shredded green onions...appropriate amount
Chicken wings...200g
■A (Mix together)
∟Oyster sauce...1 tablespoon
∟Sake, soy sauce...1 teaspoon each
∟Water...1 cup
Salt, freshly ground black pepper, sesame oil
【Instructions】
1. Season the chicken wings with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken wings skin-side down. Add the microwave-cooked daikon radish to the empty spaces and cook for about 3 minutes. Flip and cook for about 2 minutes.
3. Add A, cover with a thick paper towel or aluminum foil, and simmer for about 5 minutes after it boils. Serve on a plate and garnish with green onions.
