Ingredients
Potatoes: 3 (300g)
Chicken thigh: 1 large (400g)
Onion: 1/2
Salt: a pinch
Pepper: a little
Butter: 20g
Ponzu soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
Instructions
(1) Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Rinse them in water and place them on a heatproof dish while still wet. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a microwave (600W) for 4 minutes.
(2) Slice the onion thinly lengthwise, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
(3) Heat the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken from (2) skin-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip the chicken over, add (1) and the onion from (2), and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add the ponzu soy sauce and stir-fry briefly.
