Egg and cheese bread

 


Ingredients (Serves 2)

2 slices of 5-slice bread


2 boiled eggs


2 tablespoons mayonnaise


50g shredded cheese (optional)


A pinch of dried parsley


Directions


[1] Chop the boiled eggs and mix with mayonnaise. Spread on the bread.

[2] Top with the shredded cheese and grill (or toast) for about 8 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Once cooked, sprinkle with dried parsley to taste.
