Ingredients (Serves 2):
4 chicken tenderloins
[A] 2 tablespoons potato starch
[A] 2 tablespoons powdered cheese
[A] 1 teaspoon grated garlic
[A] 1/8 teaspoon salt
[A] Black pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons salad oil
Directions:
1. Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and cut each into thirds.
2. Place chicken tenderloins in a bowl, add [A], and coat thoroughly.
3. Add salad oil to a frying pan over medium heat and arrange chicken tenderloins. Cook without moving them, turning them over once the underside is golden brown. Once both sides are browned and cooked through, they're done!
