Ingredients and Instructions
First, prepare the following ingredients: 250g chicken thigh, 1/2 onion, 1/2 carrot, and 3-4 stalks of chives.
For seasoning, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon each of sugar, sake, and sesame oil, and a suitable amount of grated garlic and ginger.
For the finishing topping, prepare 1/2 tablespoon of ground white sesame seeds and a pinch of coarsely ground pepper.
To prepare, first thinly slice or julienne the vegetables, cut the chives into 4-5cm lengths, and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces so that it cooks easily.
The key to reducing washing up is to put the chicken and all the seasonings into a frying pan before turning on the heat, and rub them well to coat everything evenly.
Let it sit for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld, then heat over medium heat. Once the meat changes color, add the onions and carrots.
Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender and have absorbed the sauce's flavor. Finally, add the chives and cook briefly to retain their texture.
The fragrant aroma of sesame oil combined with the soy sauce base will fill your kitchen with an appetizing scent while cooking.
To finish, sprinkle with about 1/2 tablespoon of ground sesame seeds. The bulgogi chicken, which has become incredibly tender thanks to being seasoned in the pan, is now complete.
Serve generously on a plate and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper for an extra touch.
