Ham and corn bread made with sliced ​​bread

 


Ingredients:


2 slices of bread (6-slice loaf)


1 tablespoon mayonnaise


[A] 1 tablespoon sweet corn


[A] 20g pizza cheese


To taste herb salt


3 slices thinly sliced ​​roast ham


Instructions:


① Cut the crusts off the bread slices. Slightly overlap two slices and press them together with a rolling pin to form one slice.


② Spread mayonnaise on ①, add 2/3 of [A], and sprinkle with herb salt.


③ Place 3 slices of roast ham on top of ②, roll it up from the near end, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.


④ Cut ③ into 4 equal pieces and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Place the remaining [A] on top of the cut surfaces. Bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Done!
