Baked lotus root and dried shrimp with cheese

 


Ingredients

* Lotus root: 250g

* Dried shrimp: 5g

* Melting cheese: 100g

* Green onions: 1-2 stalks


Directions

Cut the lotus root into 1cm slices and soak in vinegar water (not included in the ingredients list) to remove bitterness. Drain well.

Line a grill plate with parchment paper and spread the lotus root slices on top. Place the dried shrimp and melting cheese on top.

Grill for about 10 minutes.

*It tastes best when the cheese is golden brown.

Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
