Toast topped with Camembert cheese, new onions, and whitebait

 


Ingredients

* 1 slice of bread

* 20g new onion

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 20g whitebait

* a pinch of rock salt

* 1/3 Camembert cheese

* appropriate amount of Korean seaweed


Instructions

1. Thinly slice the new onion and let it air out to remove the bitterness.

2. Add olive oil and rock salt to the whitebait and mix. Once combined, add the sliced ​​new onion.

3. Place the mixture from step 2 and the cut Camembert cheese on the bread and toast.

4. Top with Korean seaweed after toasting.
