Crispy buttered potatoes

 


Ingredients 

2 potatoes (roughly chopped)


[A] 20g butter


[A] 1 egg yolk


[A] 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese


[A] 1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions: 


① Place the potatoes in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 4 minutes. Mash the potatoes.

② Add [A] to ① and mix.

③ Put ② into a piping bag and pipe bite-sized portions onto a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes. Done!
