Macaroni salad with cabbage and boiled eggs

 


Ingredients for 2 servings:


100g cabbage


50g macaroni


4 crab-flavored kamaboko (shredded)


50g sweet corn (boiled)


[A] 3 tablespoons mayonnaise


[A] 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds


[A] 1 teaspoon mentsuyu (3x concentrated)


[A] 1 teaspoon sugar


1 boiled egg


Directions


1. Cut the cabbage into 1cm chunks.


2. Boil the macaroni in boiling water. Add the macaroni from step 1 1 minute before the recommended cooking time on the package. Drain thoroughly and let cool.


3. Add step 2, the crab-flavored kamaboko, the sweet corn, and [A] to a bowl and mix. Add the bite-sized boiled eggs, mix quickly, and you're done!


Sprinkle with black pepper to taste and enjoy!
