Enoki mushrooms and bacon baked with seaweed and cheese

 


Ingredients:


Enoki mushrooms: 1/2 bunch


[A] Bacon (cut into 1cm strips): 1 slice


[A] Pizza cheese: 30g


[A] Egg: 1


[A] All-purpose flour: 2 tablespoons


[A] Aonori (dried green seaweed flakes): 1 tablespoon


[A] Chicken stock powder: 1 teaspoon


[A] Salt: a pinch


Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon


Instructions:


① Remove the base of the enoki mushrooms and cut into 3cm lengths.


② In a bowl, combine ① and [A] and mix well.


③ Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of ② into the pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Done!
