Stir-fried spring cabbage and shrimp with salt

 


[Ingredients for 2 servings]


* Spring cabbage: 6-7 leaves


* Shrimp: 8


* Salad oil: appropriate amount


<For preparing the shrimp>


* Salt and pepper: a pinch


* Cornstarch: 1/2 to 1 tablespoon


<Seasoning mixture>


* Chicken stock powder: 1/2 teaspoon


* Salt: 1/4 teaspoon


* Sugar: a pinch


* Pepper: a pinch


* Water: 2 tablespoons


<Cornstarch slurry>


* Cornstarch: 1/2 teaspoon


* Water: 1/2 teaspoon


[Instructions]


1. Remove the core from the spring cabbage and chop roughly. Wash the shrimp with water, peel, remove the veins, season with salt and pepper (as indicated for shrimp preparation), and coat with cornstarch.


2. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the shrimp. Once the color changes, add the spring cabbage, pour in the ingredients for the <combined seasoning>, and stir-fry together.


3. Mix in the <cornstarch mixture> and add it to the pan. Once it thickens, transfer to a serving dish.
