Ingredients :
Butter 10g
All-purpose flour 10g
Milk 100ml
Onion (thinly sliced) 1/4
[A] Consommé powder 1/3 teaspoon
[A] Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Crab-flavored fish cake (shredded) 4 pieces
Boiled egg 1
Spring roll wrappers 4 sheets
Sliced cheese 2 slices
Vegetable oil 4 tablespoons
Instructions:
① Place the butter in a deep, heatproof bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 20 seconds. Add the all-purpose flour and mix well. Gradually add the milk, mixing after each addition. Add the onion, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat again in a 600W microwave for 1 minute. Remove and mix well. Heat again in the same way, add [A], crab-flavored fish cake, and roughly chopped boiled egg, mix, and let cool slightly.
② Place a spring roll wrapper on a cutting board and place a halved slice of cheese on top. Place 1/4 of the mixture from step ① on top of the cheese. Fold in the front and sides, then roll towards the back. Mix 1 teaspoon each of all-purpose flour and water (not included in the ingredients list) and apply to the end of the roll to seal.
③ Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and place the spring rolls from step ② in the pan. Fry until both sides are golden brown, then it's done!
