Ingredients:
3 chicken tenderloins
[A] 1/4 teaspoon salt
[A] Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Potato starch to taste
2 tablespoons salad oil
[B] Mentsuyu (3x concentrated) 1 tablespoon
[B] Mirin (sweet cooking sake)
[B] 2 teaspoons sugar
[B] 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
[B] Red chili pepper (sliced) to taste
Directions:
1. Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins, cut them into sticks, and coat them with [A]. Place them in a plastic bag, add the mayonnaise, knead, and coat with the potato starch.
2. Add salad oil to a frying pan, arrange the chicken tenderloins, and cook.
3. Cook until crispy on both sides, then add [B]. Simmer until all the water has evaporated, and you're done!
Serve topped with finely chopped green onions if desired!
