Mini spring rolls with oil sardines

 


[Ingredients for 2 servings]


* Canned oil sardines: 8


* Shiso leaves: 4


* Spring roll wrappers: 2


* Olive oil: 4 tablespoons


<Flour paste>


* Flour: 1 tablespoon


* Water: appropriate amount


[Preparation]


* Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and cut them in half lengthwise.


* Cut the spring roll wrappers into four equal parts.


* Mix the ingredients for the flour paste well until sticky.


[Instructions]


1. Place a shiso leaf and an oil sardine on a spring roll wrapper, roll it up, and seal the end with the flour paste.


2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry (1) until golden brown on both sides, and serve on a plate.
