Ingredients (serves 2-3):
1/2 spring onion
1/2 spring cabbage
1 chicken thigh (approx. 300g)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 teaspoon salad oil
1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
100ml water
150ml milk
1 tablespoon miso
Directions:
1. Roughly chop the spring cabbage and thinly slice the spring onion.
2. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and coat with plain flour.
