[Ingredients] (Serves 2)
- 1/3 broccoli
- 200g ground chicken
- 2/3 bag enoki mushrooms (approx. 67g)
- Sake
- Potato starch
- Miso
- Salad oil
[Directions]
1. Divide the broccoli into small florets and cut the enoki mushrooms into 3cm lengths.
2. Combine the ground chicken, enoki mushrooms, sake, 1 tablespoon each of potato starch, and 2.5 teaspoons of miso in a bowl and mix well. Divide into 6 equal portions and shape into ovals.
3. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange [2] on top and cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Turn the broccoli over and add the broccoli. Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
