Grilled chicken breast and green onions

 

Ingredients


Chicken breast

1 piece (approx. 320g)

Green onion 1 stalk

☆Sake

1 tablespoon

☆Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon

☆Soy sauce

1 tablespoon

☆Wheat flour

4 tablespoons

☆Grated ginger

1 piece


Instructions

1. Roughly chop the green onions. Remove the skin from the chicken breast, slice it thinly, and then cut it into 5mm to 1cm cubes.

2. In a bowl, combine the green onions, chicken, seasonings, and flour and mix well.

3. Scoop the mixture into bite-sized portions with a spoon...

4. Drop the mixture into a pan with plenty of oil, spreading it out as you drop, and fry over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
