Ingredients: (Serves 2)
1 bunch spinach (approx. 200g)
4 crab-flavored kamaboko (cut into pieces)
[A] 1 tablespoon mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
[A] 1 teaspoon grated garlic
[A] 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Briefly blanch the spinach (about 30-40 seconds in boiling water). Transfer to cold water, squeeze out the excess water, and cut into 4cm lengths. Place in a bowl.
2. Add [A] to 1. and mix.
3. Add the crab-flavored kamaboko to 2. and mix. Finish by adding the sesame oil and white sesame seeds and mixing quickly. Finish!
