Ingredients
30g rice flour
20g soybean flour
20g black sesame seeds
20g sugar (kipitou, etc.)
30g or more water
Preparation
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Directions
1. Put rice flour, soybean flour, ground sesame seeds, and sugar into a bowl and mix with a rubber spatula.
2. Add water to 1 and mix with a rubber spatula.
Once combined, bring together with your hands.
If the dough is too stiff, add a little more water.
3. Place 2 on a baking sheet and roll out to a thickness of about 4mm with a rolling pin. Cut into bite-sized pieces with a knife.
4. Bake at 170°C for approximately 20-23 minutes, until the edges of the cookies are lightly browned.
Adjust the baking time according to your oven.
Once cooled, the cookies are ready.
