Chijimi with chives and onions

 


Ingredients:


1 bunch chives


1/2 onion


[A] 3 tablespoons tempura flour


[A] 1 egg


[A] 1 clove garlic (minced)


[A] 1/3 teaspoon salt


1/2 tablespoon sesame oil


Directions:


1. Cut the chives into 1cm pieces and thinly slice the onion.


2. Combine 1 and [A] in a bowl and mix well.


3. Add sesame oil to a frying pan over medium heat and cook until golden brown on both sides. Done!
