Ingredients: (Serves 2)
New potato 1 (approx. 300g)
Spinach 1/2 bunch
[A] Ponzu soy sauce 1 tbsp
[A] Ground white sesame seeds 1 tbsp
[A] Sesame oil 1 tsp
Instructions:
① Wash the new potato well and cut it into bite-sized pieces with the skin on. Place in a heatproof container and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Heat in a 600W microwave for about 4-5 minutes, or until a bamboo skewer can easily pierce it.
② Cut the spinach into easy-to-eat lengths, place in a heatproof bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for about 1 minute. Rinse with water, squeeze out the excess water, and return to the bowl.
③ Add ① and [A] to the heatproof bowl from ②, mix quickly, and it's done!
