Focaccia-style bread with new onions and asparagus

 


Ingredients

[A] Hotcake mix 300g

[A] Plain yogurt (unsweetened) 150g

[A] Olive oil 1 tbsp

[A] Salt a pinch

Asparagus 3 stalks

New onion 1/4

Block bacon (cut into batons) 30g


Instructions:


① Put all of [A] into a bowl and mix with a rubber spatula until the flour is no longer visible and the mixture forms a single mass.

② Line a heatproof container with parchment paper and pour in the mixture from ①, spreading it evenly. Lightly coat your fingertips with olive oil (not included in the ingredients list) and make several indentations on the surface of the dough.

③ Scatter the sliced ​​new onion over the dough, then arrange the asparagus and block bacon evenly on top.

④ Bake in a preheated oven at 190℃ for 15-20 minutes. Bake until the surface is golden brown and cooked through.
