Ingredients
9 gyoza wrappers
[A] 1/3 bunch of chives (cut into 1cm pieces)
[A] 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
[A] 1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder
[A] 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
[A] 1/6 teaspoon salt
[A] Pepper to taste
2 teaspoons sesame oil
Instructions
① Arrange the gyoza wrappers in a 3x3 grid, moisten the overlapping parts with water to join them and form a single sheet. Mix [A] and 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and spread it over the gyoza wrappers.
② Roll from the front to the back and cut into 6 equal pieces. Gently press flat with your hand or the bottom of a clean glass.
③ Heat the remaining sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and arrange the pieces from ②. Once browned, flip it over, cover, and cook for 3-4 minutes. It's done!
Serve with soy sauce and vinegar if desired.
